How to start a day?

I asked myself during the pandemic. Every day is different, but most are the same.

Saturday at 4 am, I finished another 2000 pieces puzzle. Not feel achievement anymore after I experienced 5000 pieces. But rather than the way I manage my life, I put a target, mostly artificial, and I accomplish it. The way I feel I exist, I manage, and I conquer.

Getting up at 9 am to catch up on the fitness class, which I neglect for six months. I told myself I want to have a fresh start to manage my day. Not surprising, my energy is back. Pick up tulip from the garden, coffee, music and sunshine, my life is back.
